Yeast Free Pizza Base


1 1/2 cup plain flour

1 tbsp olive oil

3/4 cup warm water

large pinch salt 


Mix the flour and salt, slowly add the warm water and bring together then add the olive oil. 

Knead for less that a minute to bring together, half the dough, then half again. 

Using a rolling pin and a dash of flour, roll out the dough balls and add the toppings of choice. 

Pop in a preheated oven at 200°c for 10 minutes. 

I added roasted celeriac, chickpeas and olives with slices of garlic.
