Chocolate & White Bean Brownies

1 tin cannellini beans /400g

2 large overripe bananas 

1/4 cup caster sugar / 50g

5 medjool dates

1/4 cup cocoa powder / 25g

3/4 tsp sea salt  

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup mix walnuts & pecans / 125g

1/4 cup chocolate chips




Preheat the oven to 160ºC and line a brownie tin with baking parchment (or use silicone for zero waste)

Pop all of the ingredients, apart from the nuts and chocolate chips, into the food processor and blitz

Once the ingredients have come together, add the nuts and chocolate chips to the mix and roughly mix in

Spoon the mix into the brownie tin
