Overnight Raspberry Oats


  • 1/2 Cup Of Oats
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • Small Handful of Cacao Nibs or Chunks of Dark Chocolate (no less then 70%)


  • In a bowl add the raspberries, then mash with a fork
  • Add the oats and almond milk then stir together
  • Add the chia seeds, cacao nibs and sunflower seeds, give one last mix 
  • Leave to set in the fridge overnight 
  • In the morning give a stir, then garnish with fresh berries and granola
