Ingredients
- 2 Courgettes
- Basil, Sage, Chilli Flakes, Garlic powder, Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1/3 cup Sweetcorn

Method
- Grate the courgettes and place on a tea towel or muslin cloth
- Squeeze the water out of the courgettes to allow them to fry easily
- Place the grated courgette in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix together
- Place a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil
- Shape the mix into small round patties around 2cm thick then fry them in the pan
- Allow each side to fry for around 3-5 minutes
- Serve these up in a stack, in a salad or in a burger for a tasty meal!
