Ingredients
1 Avocado (I used a gem avocado)
2 cloves garlic
1 cup basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4, cup olive oil
Pinch of olive oil
Cook with your favourite pasta (I used orecchiette pasta)
Method
Simply pop all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
Bring your favourite pasta to a simmer until cooked
Drain the water then add the pesto to the pasta and heat for a further 5 minutes to cook off the garlic
Enjoy!
