Apple & Cinnamon Bircher Oats


  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Green Apple Grated
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Fresh Berries to decorate in the morning



  • Grate the apple into a bowl
  • Add the oats and almond milk then stir together
  • Add the chia seeds, maple syrup & cinnamon and give one last stir
  • Leave to set in the fridge overnight 
  • In the morning give one last stir and add toppings of choice! (I usually heat blueberries and add on top)
