That Protein Recipe Creations

Working With That Protein Products

I have used protein powders in the past, after working out or going for a run and was often left feeling sick, with the horrible aftertaste of the shakes. Little did I know that most of these products may have a high amount of protein but they also have up to 20g of sugar per drink! As soon as I found this out, i quit with the protein shakes and started focusing on proteins from nuts, fish and seeds. When That Protein contacted me asking for a trial of their product I jumped on the opportunity as the cold pressing method to extract protein from super foods and protein rich sources is a much healthier and more natural way of increasing your intake! It's a product that fits with my ethos of using healthy and wholemeal foods to fuel your day.

I was so impressed with their products I have recommended it to all my gym loving friends and now add it to all my breakfast smoothies and bliss balls. It leaves you feeling full and energised throughout the morning. Due to the naturally low sugar this product is great when trying to stay fit as there are no nasty hidden additives.

Here are some of my creations I made with their product, to inspire you with ways of getting extra protein in your diet without all the sugar filled shakes.
