Raspberry & Cacao Overnight Oats Topped With Pomegranate Seeds & Dark Chocolate Chunks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk 
  • Handful of Raspberries (Approx. 4)
  • 1 Heaped tsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Small Handful of Chopped Dark Chocolate

Method

  • Mash the raspberries with the back of a fork in a bowl
  • Add the oats, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon and give it all a stir
  • Roughly chop a small amount of dark chocolate (I use 80% due to the low sugar) and mix a little in, and save the rest to sprinkle over the top in the morning
  • Leave to set in the fridge overnight
  • In the morning, give one last stir, top with fresh berries, pomegranate seeds, granola and the chocolate chunks
