Ingredients
- 1 Wholemeal Pitta Bread
- 3 Heaped tbsp Houmous
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
- 6 Asparagus Stalks
- 1/2 Small Red Onion Finely Chopped
- Handful of Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- Pinch of Salt & Crushed Black Pepper
- Fresh Basil Leaves
Method

- Drizzle a small dollop of olive oil on a pan to place the pittas on
- Slice the pittas in half then cover the base in houmous, then sprinkle the oregano
- Assemble the asparagus, red onion & Tomatoes veggies, sprinkle fresh basil, salt and pepper on top of the pittas
- Place in oven for 10 minutes, leave in a few minutes longer if you prefer more of a crisp to your veggies
- Enjoy!
