Eat Clean Matcha Tea Collaboration

Pure Matcha Green Tea Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups of Oats 
  • Large Handful of Walnuts 
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries 
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 3tbsp Chia Seeds 
  • 1/4 Mix of Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds 
  • 1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup 
  • 2tbsp Melted Coconut Oil 
  • 1tsp Cinnamon 
  • 2 1/2 tsp Eat Clean Tea Matcha Green Tea 

 

Method

  • Heat oven to 160 then place in oven for 15 minutes
  • Give the granola a mix and place back in the oven for 5- 10 minutes & repeat this for another half an hour.
  • If still not crisp, give another 10 minutes but it should be just turning golden 
  • Allow to cool then pour into an air tight container
  • This should last a few weeks (if you manage to resist!)
